OUR CONCLUSIONS
Panic Away / Anxiety Release Method by Joe Barry V The Linden Method by Charles Linden We have now had a fair opportunity to review Panic Away, The Anxiety Release Method and The Linden Method to understand what it is EmmaB discovered about Panic Away / The Anxiety Release Method which sounded alarm bells for her. We have also gone through all of Joe Barry's web pages and we've discovered quite a lot. We wanted to be as fair as possible so we asked 4 people to review the material first of all in order to guage their opinions. This is what they discovered. 1. Panic Away & The Anxiety Release Method's One Move Technique What is most interesting is that listening to Charles Linden's Panic Eliminator CD which is included in The Linden Method pack and then listening to Joe Barry's One Move technique, from his Panic Away and Anxiety Release Method programs, did result in the 4 people who reviewed them both independently, coming to the conclusions that the process described by Joe Barry is substantially similar to the one Charles Linden describes in his Panic Eliminator CD. 2. Panic Away / The Anxiety Release Method Webpages We then searched through both Joe Barry's and Charles Linden's web pages. We discovered that The Linden Method's online presence pre-dates Joe Barry's Panic Away pages and we were surprised to find a large quantity of material on the Linden Method webpages also on Panic Away Webpages... in some cases, word for word. (e.g. Medications pages). We then emailed Charles Linden and asked who wrote all of the material we reviewed, his response: "I did, on my laptop, on my lap, at my home, I have the original, dated documents to prove it". 3. Duplicate content on websites and in manual Just an observation. We were also surprised to find that a substantial amount of online content provided by Joe Barry on Panic away and Anxiety Release Method webpages was to be found as the content of his programs Panic Away & Anxiety Release Method. 4. Presence of same material in Panic Away & Anxiety Release Method and The Linden Method What troubled us mostly, however, was the presence of material in Joe Barry's Panic away and Anxiety Release Method manuals which is identical to that in Charles Linden's manual. An example of this would be the description of Globus Hystericus in both manuals which is identical. Conclusions? Make your own conclusions please. The Linden Method was first published in 1997. Joe Barry's publishing date is not clear, but was substantially later than that date... on his website he currently states that he has been online for seven years (so 2002?). Admin
