Does anyone else have a fear of being sick? I've been told it's quite common but I haven't met anyone else that feels the same as myself.

When I get anxious I always worry that I'm going to be sick so I need to know where the toilets are everywhere I go. I always worry about what I would do if I was sick in front of other people so always need to know that I've got an escape route just incase.

I'd be grateful to get some advice if you feel the same as me and ca give me tips on how to stop worrying about this as much.
