Default RE: i need help

Well I just replied to you other post. I don't know which one was first, so I hope you are doing better than you sound in this one.
I personally have never experienced pain in my man bit (lol, I don't have any). I have however had the pain in my head and behind my eye. It is just terrifying. My first thought of course was a tumor. I'm thinking if that was what it was for the past 13 years i'd probably not be here anymore. I think stress just cause so much tension in our bodies that it gets the better of us. Try doing something that relaxes you. Whatever that may be. Play an instument, pray, do yoga, have sex. Whatever makes you calm.
When I have the pains like that in my head I have someone massage my head. It realxes me and I can feel the tension in my head subside. That may work for you too. I just wanted to let you know that you are most definately not alone. We have all experienced wierd, scary, confusing, physical symptoms that we can't explain. We each have to find what works best for us as well.
Other suggestions that may help ease the anxiety is to excersise, watch what you eat (stay away from alot of greasy, fried, or salty foods), cut caffiene out of you diet, stop smoking if you do, and of course no (illegal) drugs. Those are all stimulants that can make the situation much worse.
You're probably thinking that not even one of those would make you feel better. I know so did I. However, I eleminate all of that (but i didn't use illegal drugs to begin with) and it really made a HUGE difference.
The way I look at it, if we are in good physical shape then there is less likely going to be problems like heart attacks, etc. Our bodies are temples and we must take care of them. I truly hope this will help at least a little. Please keep me updated, and feel free to write me anytime!! Best of luck to you!
