Waking up during sleep
Does anyone else wake up during the night feeling like they can't breath?
I Do it most nights anywhere from 1-5 times, it seems to be in the first 2 hours from the point I fall asleep. I take trazodone (150mg) at night for my anxiety was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. Nick

i just posted up my own re : stop breathing ..
mine is when i just try to go to sleep and i seem to stop breathing it feels so peacefull and then i realise HANG ON LISA THIS IS NOT NORMAL LOL !!! .. breath women breath !!!
