I have suffered from anxiety for over a decade, and i know others who have also suffered. They sometimes are cured but never forever - the anxiety is always deep down inside them . i Has anyone every really truly been cured from anxiety? Is there really a long term complete cure?

Did anyone every fully recover from anxiety?

I DID! And, I have to say, my clients who follow the method and recover, stay recovered! I don't subscribe to this pathertic viewpoint that anxiety has to be managed and can't be cured. Why would that be? Anxiety disorders are nothing more than habits, if you can stop smoking, you can stop anxiety. I did both, I know what a struggle it can be, however, once achieved, it's permanent.

Unlike a smoking habit, however, which can be restarted simply by putting a cigarette in your mouth, anxiety disorders are impossible to restart because once you know the facts, you won't ever slip down that slippery slope again.

I feared life events during my disorder and after I was well again I thought that the next trauma would re-start my anxiety. It didn't! And why? Because I now have the tools and strength to handle whateer life throws at me. Like my recovered clients, we have extra strength of will and body, clarity of mind and an inbuilt coping mechanism which is typical of every recovered sufferer I know.

Is there a 100% cure? Yes there is!!

Charles that is quite a claim!!!! I thought I had recovered as I hadn't had a panic attack for years and boom it's on my doorstep again and not so gently either. To think that could be for me!!!

charles probably has a right to make that claim - i know people who have been 100% cured by his method - it really is that good!

i wholeheartedly reccomend it to everyone who is in need of help.

Actually Susan I have his package, I agree what I have read and seen is very valuable and I am sure has worked for many people, I don't doubt that for a minute. I think the only thing that the buyer has to do iis to be commited to it.

Lisa, you are right, commitment is important BUT what is more important is that you understand it. It's simple to understand the words, anyone can 'read' it, but some people miss the point. If anyone has issues with the pack not 'working' please just drop us a line, you are doing something wrong if it isn't removing your anxiety diosorder!

Magnolia,
I can appreciate that you would think that no one can overcome this. But until you read Charles story you are making an assumption not based in fact. Charles story is on his web-site if you hit the purple and blue ad at the top of this page, you''ll find his story there.
