Rule 1 - Joining the board
To read anything except this announcement, you must login or register. If you are new and have not registered yet, then make sure you read the rules before looking at the board. Do not worry about registering, we will not give out your email address.
All members must agree to the rules, and by signing up they are signing an online contract. They must have read the rules and the disclaimer on joining.
Rule 2 - Administrator's Rights (including moderation)
2.1 Administrators/Moderators are allowed to edit/delete/move/close any posts they wish under reason. If you with to question the decision you should PM the moderator in question and ask the reason.
2.2 Any abuse to Administrators/Moderators can result in an immediate ban on the board.
2.3 Administrators can remove moderators access for not fulfilling duties, abusing position, or for anything they see fit.
Rule 3 - Posting Topics
3.1 All topics should be in the correct section of the board, and can be seen after registration. These are also the specific rules for each section, and should be read before entering the section.
3.2 SPAM is not allowed on the board in ANY case. Spam is posting a link for money making purposes. Therefore if you post a site with advertisements on, it will be considered as spam, as you could own it. The only exception to posting spam links, is if they can fulfill someone's request, and in this case the spam link should be a PM to the requester, and add a message after the request saying 'Check PM' or similar.
3.3 This board is a collection of sections which are dedicated to specific criteria and should NOT be considered a place to incite arguments or debates which are based on moral, political, philosophical, ethical, or cultural issues.
Rule 4 - Posting Counts and User Groups and User Access
4.1 Flooding the board with posts is not allowed (Flooding is posting a large number of posts quickly). You should NEVER have two posts consecutively (one after the other), as you can edit your post to change any mistakes or add any comments.
4.2 Do not create multiple user accounts.
Rule 5 - Deleted/Closed/Moved Threads
5.1 Any post which breaks ANY of the rules may be closed, deleted or moved to the Spam Zone.
5.2 Deliberately inciting flame wars for attention, aka Trolling, is obviously not allowed. If you see a thread that is designed to wind people up then please don't reply to it but inform a moderator or administrator of its existence instead.
5.3 Spam, If it is particularly offensive or just useless may be deleted or closed. Spamming can result in warnings / bans.
Rule 6 - General Rules
6.1 You must post within the first week of membership, or your account will be deleted.
6.2 English is the ONLY language allowed on the board. If you post in a different language, the thread will be deleted.
6.3 No member should flame another member (shouting, caps-lock, etc.). The ONLY members allowed are Administrators, Moderators are not allowed either!
6.4 No pornography or unsuitable graphic imagery including links to such materials. Anything illegal regarding this issue will receive a ban.
6.5 No use of what is considered obscene language, swear words, etc.
6.6 No racist, cultural or religious defamation, or any posts regarding anything to do with this issue. Anything political in anyway will be closed or deleted.
6.7 Do not post links to any illegal sites, in particular software piracy or 'Warez' sites including bulletin boards. This also means no such links should be added to your signature.
6.8 No attachments that are illegal (including serials and cracks).
6.9 Advertising is not allowed on this forum without express consent from the owners. This includes retail outlets and commercial/non-commercial websites.
6.10 Show courtesy and consideration to others at all times. Everyone has different opinions and we all should respect that. The forum would be a boring place to be if we all thought the same!
6.11 Keep the chat in each thread relevant to the title. Make sure you do not post random information in the wrong place. If you are not sure, just post in one of the General sections
