Alternative to rescue remedy

I have been suffering panic attacks for 4years now and have been able to control them, mainly through cipramil and rescue remedy but I am 7mths pregnant and I can't take cipramil just now and my attacks are the worst they have ever been. I have been taking rescue remedy to take the edge off them but it doesn't stop it completely. I got a stronger version of bach rescue remedy a few years ago and it was great but I can't remember what it was called and was wondering if anyone knew the name of it. It cam in same kind of btl as rr and you took it in drops but was a white btl I think. If anyone knows it's name or where to get it I would be very grateful as the health shop I got it from has closed down now.

i take these homeopathic pills called aconite - i don't know if it's in my head or if they do properly work but…*they seem to do the trick. i picked them up in a local chemist. hope that helps!

Thanks henri, will give them a try. I tried sepia but it was rubbish and didn't help so will try these.
