My dizziness varies. sometimes ill have it like a second. Mostly i have that awful spaced out feeling. I usually get that when im particularly stressed. The falling over thing...i can relate to that, if its the same as i get it! lol mine i get, its sort of spaced out, confused and dizzy~ish in one go. not like the room is spinning dizzy, more a im moving or floating/slowly spinning feeling. i dont think this is making any sense lol i get it and i could be walking and ill get clumbsy like ill trip up over the dog or the sofa lol
Have you tried sighing to release some tension? just breathe in through your nose slowly and then let out a relieving sigh, feeling your shoulders drop and tension just fade away. This is also a great help when you have anxiety.
hey thanks becci
that as really helped to hear that.
thats exactly what happens to me, i feel all cloudy and then feel weird and its not dizzy as in when youve spun around its more like you said. its hard to explain but what you wrote is what i have been experiencing latley. god! its horrible
take care

Your welcome Kitkat. I hope you feel better soon, usually it doesnt last too long. The less you worry about tripping and falling, the quicker the sensation disappears. Ive never fallen from it and i even walked outside carrying my 8 month nephew, if i knew i was going to fall from it, i wouldnt do such a thing! Its an awful sensation, it really is, but it will just fade away!
