Starting October 2008 The Linden Centre in the UK will be running Anxiety Elimination Workshops. The Workshops will reference The Linden Method, providing attendees with techniques to expedite their recovery. The day course will include lunch and refreshments and a lounge is available for a friend or loved one to make themselves comfortable.
The workshops will not require participation of any kind, you only need listen and notes are provided for you to take away. If you have questions, however, you will have the opportunity to ask during the workshop, or if you prefer, on a 1to1 basis in privacy.
We have had many requests for this service over the last decade and we are now in a position to provide it.
