Hi,
My names Becci, im almost 21 agoraphobic, to the housebound degree!
I have been using the linden method to help me and it took some getting into {considering i spent most my time sat down doing nothin!} when i finally became used to keeping busy i was anxious free for 2 weeks!! in my home that is! lol but it was still a miracle! then i had to take my first steps, only... i couldnt! i was on a waiting list for a therapist and that came through, which meant the linden method came to a halt, as part of the pillars. i am still using some of the techniques in the method but obviously not all. But its a great little pack and everytime i mention it i tell everyone to stop arguing with me about the price! ITS NOT EXPENSIVE!!! thnk about it... your getting a bunch of cd's,{if theses were pop/dance cd albums, theyd be how much each???} a dvd {not expensive anymore, but take a look at the health dvds, not cheap!} and lots and lotsa info, valuable info i might add. PLUS!!!!! support for 12 months, although i do believe its now unlimited, but i dont think i can take advantage of that as i bought it when it was 12 months.
Anyway, enough of that, thought id just say hi!
