hello folks, im graham

hi everyone. im graham and have had anxiety problems of one type or another since i was 18. im 32 so at least i have some experience to become a member on here.

i've been having a rough time of it recently and though friends and family are great (and as i live alone) i thought i would sign up. maybe i can help some of u and some of u can listen a while. that would be great :)
