Sorry its me again,

I had a major break down today at the doc office,,, I have been dealing with hight blood pressure, and I started beta blockers,, well the last few days, I have been having this pressure on the top of my head, , I feel a throb and then my anxiety gets through the roof,, I know my blood pressure raises then, but I dont know if my anxiety is causing my blood pressure or my blood pressure causing my anxiety..
The pressure in my head is really bad,, even when my blood pressure is not high,, I feel like crap so bad,,
I have taken a hight dose of beta blocker tonight and freaking out,,, I know I need it,, but I just feel so bad,,
I feel like I am lose it,,
I broke down and cried so hard at the doc,, I am so tired of dealing with all this ,, I am tired of my anxiety getting the best of me,,
