I just wanted to tell you,, I took my first beta blocker,,, I am like freaking out,, but I did it,, I am proud of my self... I was so scared that I would chicken out. I am like shaking so bad right not,, but I know its anxiety..
You have been so good in helping me out,, I just wanted to let you know,,lol,,
I also have essential tremors where my head shakes,, and i found out tonight on the internet that beta blockers helps those also,, so I am very glad to hear that ..
