Hey all im new here and glad i have found other sufferers to talk to. im a 22 year old male and i have been dealing with panic/anxiety attacks for a year now and im must say im quite sick of them but for the last few weeks i have started to have chest pains on the left of my chest and also my left arm tingles and twitches and then i will go all dizzy and nearly passout, please let me know if this is normal for a sufferer because i am now worrying myself sick with worry that there might be something else wrong eg my heart and the whole thing is making me more and more depressed as each day goes by because im a worryer and i have always been like that and my dad says its all connected to panic attacks but with all respect to him he has never had anything like this and dont belive him, really sorry for going on and on but ive wanted to ask this to other sufferers for quite some time
