I need someone to tell me im not alone

im a 19 year old male that is having sudden anxiety attacks that will last all day for about a week....im getting that feeling that noone can seem to explain. si if some of u could let me know what you syptoms are I might be able to easily establish mine. I guess my problem is I cant put my symptoms into words. Can anyone help me!

hello im julie my symptoms of anxiety are banging heart in chest, palpitations, sweating and a general feeling of uneasyness in certain situations.when i feel bad i just feel like running away from wherever i am at that time.i get anxious about going to the toilet as i have irritable bowel syndrome.Most of the time time i dont run away i just stick with it suffering in silence trying to look normal.it does pass after a while but it is soooo debilitating its horrible.i found that listening to relaxation tapes helps a lot you can get them from whs smiths.i hope that this helps you .juliex:)
