I've just discovered this site, so i thought i'd say hello.
I'm 29 - 30 tomorrow sob ;) - and i've had social anxiety disorder on and off for the majority of my life. I've been going through a bad patch with it for the past few months, and i'm desperate to beat it once and for all. I hope this forum can help me on my way.
