Pain in my head??

hey everyone im new to this, i started getting panic attacks a few months ago. the pins and needles in my left arm hear racing,short of breath. but now it seems i have this pain in the side of my head above my ear. constantly there it is, ive had it checked and doc said it was fine, but now im getting dizzy and feeling as if im 5 feet behind myself when i walk. is this a sensation of panic/anxiety??

hi everything u have mentioned there are all the symtoms of anxiety and panic attacks i have them feelings almost everyday ive had panic attacks since i was 8 im now 25 and as you get older the symtoms do change i think its like now when i have them i get pains in my head too although i havnt had it checked out as i have just put it down to stress and panic i never had them b4 though but every thing else ie, shortness of breath heart racing etc is what usually happens when u are panickin or having a panic attack
