I`m 25 too, and have suffered from panic attacks since the age of 13, I had managed to get over them, but most recently have had a spell of them, which I couldn`t control and it scared the crap out of me.

My attacks begin with a numbness in my legs and then my eyes hurt and I get the feeling my head is inflating and then the dizziness and nausea takes over and I lastly I start to shake.

Its usually always the same.

I`ve only just found this forum after years of battling alone. and it helps to read other experiences.

If you get chance try looking at either of these websites
www.panic-anxiety.com or www.thelindenmethod.co.uk Both sites offer methods that can help deal with the problems you have described.

In truth when i suffered with anxiety i was sceptical about all sites like this as i often found profit came before my problems, but i have say the Linden method really does help.

The Site offers good information about the method, and also can help you decide if you think it would be beneficial to you. Having a look can't hurt and if anything could be the first step to dealing with your anxiety.

Let me know how you get on!

hi KG

You have just descibed my feeling when im out or have to talk to people i am also trying to find a way to get rid of this "something's wrong" feeling. If anyone can give you any advice could you please pass it on i remember this from being little it has only got worse since having my daughter. I was once asked if there is anything like a bad experience that could have set it off think carefully may not be as big as you think?
