Trembling

The other night I woke up about 3 am. My heart felt like it was fluttering and then i started trembling like i was cold. My teeth were chattering but I wasnt cold. It lasted about 30 mins. I am assuming it was a panic attack. Any suggestions? I always worry that something is wrong with my heart. I am healthy . I do have some premature heart beats but I wonder if that comes from panic attacks.

For about the first year that I had panic attacks I used to get the chattering teeth thing. Fortunately I haven't had it for a while now.
