This is what I've been feeling for about a year, and I'm feeling it right now:
- Chest pain, burning pain, pressure pain or something that feels like needles.
- Same goes for left arm and the needle effect is stronger on the left hand and fingertips
- Muscular spasms all over from time to time. Most of them are visible when looking at it, others are internal.
- Neck pain when I'm sitting too much time in the same position.
I'm 24, and when the first symptons appeared, or when I started noticing it I did all the exams (most of them related with the heart, which was my first and main fear, as the symptons are similar) and everything was ok. Since I'm a musician and I've been in important stages of a starting carreer, I've been told it should be anxiety. That was a weird thing to aknowledgel, 'cause all my life I've been a calm person. I don't usually have high blood pressure and that's why I was not medicated for anxiety because otherwiser - they say - I'd look like a zombie, since I already have a slow heart-beat. This started about one year ago and I can say I felt the same symptons for about 75% of my year. Either it happens mostly at night or maybe I just focus on it at night, but the problems always (or mostly) occur when I lay down.
Tonight I'm in incredible pain. I can't sleep. I feel it all over my left arm. Like I told I usually feel it during nightime, but today I felt it during the whole day. Usually the pain goes away when I fall asleep and wake up. Today that didn't happen, so I sense a growth here. After writing this, I'm pretty sure it is anxiety. I'm not always that sure. But I've been anxious for more than one year. I dunno if I'm having some kind of anxiety attack right now, cause I'm pretty much used to these symptons, but I'm scared and pissed off. How can I deal with this? Could this be really anxiety related problems? Can anxiety cause such a strong pain? I feel stupid.
