Sleeping And Getting Up Early

Normally get up around 11 30 12 midday which is lazy guess but find it so so so hard to get up
When not drinking cant get to sleep or drift off for what seems like hours am in a state of constant restlessness
However when drink can sleep fine but wake up late and groggy
Realise alchole messes with the sleep pattens and its not the answer
Also getting up think oh right get up at about 10 30 or 9 30 so can get more done today but end up always sleeping in over that time just not a morning person its so hard to get motivation to get up at that time
Am really finding it hard to get up at those times in the mornings:o
Have got a lavender spray which is a pillow spray that helps.
TRY all the usual stuff counting to 100 etc sheep but end up to restless and in thoughts.

If you can stay off alcohol for more than a few days, the sleeplessness should get better.

It is easier to sleep with alcohol but the quality of sleep you get is very poor.

The key to getting up early is practice and regularity. You should try to get into a regular routine of sleeping and rising at the same hour every day.
