Hi, it's normal you worry. Life is not worth the worries though.
You should gradually come off medication. Look up on the internet what diazepam is used for. Perhaps it's also used for something that is possible to be an excuse, IF it ever shows in the test.
Also making the anxiety or whatever reason you take the tablets for, your secret and actually scared of it coming out, is not a positive contribution to your mindset, it is in fact a burden. You do this to avoid resistance from your environment, and I know that you're scared of being judged and that anxiety can look ugly on any job application.
On the other hand, you do not owe them an explanation, and you can solve your problems by yourself. In that case don't lookup the possible uses for diazepam, and also see it this way: anxiety can be an excuse for being in the real world, and it is a condition formed by habits that you have created yourself. If you overcome anxiety, you will be a much stronger person! So if the job would not 'work' for you, you can look at it as that you will be a more complete and more able person once you managed to get yourself anxiety free. You will be more capable once this is over, and you'll have a more open and free life, and experience fulfilledness and happyness much more often. You'll feel incredibly relieved and content, and will feel good about life, and won't mind a missed job opportunity.
Life has its pace, and you're setting yours. A time for everything, dear mister or miss Guest.
Greetings, Peter.
