Hi...
ok i have a question... what if you feel that you have been pretending for as long as you remember just to fit in and you feel like you have no personality?
what can you do to change this?
And if it accompanied by excessive anxiety, and paranoia to the point where the little voice inside you feels suffocated inside (thats the best way i can describe it)

Hi, I hope you can still read this. It's been long since u posted this, and I only now read it.

Well, I somehow compare to you. For life to be fulfilling you have to live it, and you can only live it when you are open for the experience and surrender to whereever it takes you. Deep in your heart you know what feels good, and you must have experienced some moments of joy in your life. This makes it painful to realize that YOUR common reality seems to present you with experiences that are actually not what feels good.

Situations might go to your head, instead of your belly, so to speak. I at least have that tendency, to over-analyze and constantly monitor things that are not worth minding as they stand in the way of experiencing and feeling fulfilled/relieved.

So find what you can use to express yourself. And forget about the voice.
