another good day

hi everyone had another good day today my mum is moving she lives 4 doors from me i spent most of the day helping her clear her bedroom my mum must be that emelda women ive never seen so many shoes still boxed and clothes she was grateful for the help but i was grateful that the dreaded anxiety stayed away today so there is something truthful about exercise and keeping your mind active so does anyone want me to help them move only in my comfort zone lol chrissy
