:) The next few weeks are going to be quite hectic for me. I've got loads on but at the same time I'm worrying about everything I have to do and this lead to me feeling quite poorly yesterday :(

My problem is all these things are playing over and over in my mind! How will I cope? How can I get out of certain functions? What if I have an attack?

Does anyone have any tips for relaxing me and taking my mind off these events? I'm trying to find things to look forward to with each one and this is helping but I'm finding it impossible to relax.

Hi Travelbug,

I'm having a bad couple of weeks myself, i'm useing the tried and tested methods at the mo although they are controling the anxiety and not getting rid of it. Get yourself some candles and radox, have a long hot bath while playing some soothing music, panpipe music works for me. Try deep breathing while in the bath and visualise the anxiety dwindling away. Sounds like mushy cod i suppose! But it does help me. Have you got a games console? stick your xbox on or something, that helps take your mind off things. Otherwise just keep typing away on this site! This is probably as good as anything!

hi travel bug and bella i freeze bottles of water then and take them everywhere they work for me the freezers jam packed with them i sip from it and i dont know if its the coldness but it relaxes me in certain situations hpoe this helps chrissy
