you just described me too. I know what mean about feeling nervous and tired at the same time, low energy, and the feeling weird, kindy fuzzy in the head. Im still trying to peice it together also. I have fibromyalgia, so I know that is part of my problem, but I also think being nervous a lot takes a lot out of you. I also think I need to do some things to change my life, such as more physical activity (its good for the brain), my problem is having a hard time sticking to the excersice when I feel so tired. So Im going to try again, even 10 minutes a day, and force myself to get out for a walk, or work in the yard, whatever. Because honestly in the past when I did do these things, I did seem to feel better, and sleep better, and it is a good kind of tired when you do something to be tired about. I hope that makes sence. It may not get rid of the panic attacks, but maybe we can feel much better inbetween by trying different things, and sharing what works, and/or helps. Also, I just bought myself a multivitiman (again) and this time Im going to stick with taking them everyday. I have had a tendency to take them here and there, or once a week, and next thing I know they are expired. Sometimes ,missing a crucial vitamin can also cause the problems you describe. Hope this helps.
