Having had panic disorder for 14 years, I have found that learning your triggers and doing your best to take care of yourself is the best you can do. I believe we have a condition, and it is a waste of our time to focus on it constantly. I know it is difficult to live with. But its okay. Do the best you can do, accept yourself, and allow yourself those days when you just cant do it all. Other people without panic take a day off to themselves, and its okay we do to. The reason I want to say this is because I know that feeling guilty about having panic disorder is one of our big problems too. I did it for years, and am just learning not to. Realizing that I do the best I can to make it better, and that Im okay just the way I am. If I have a panic attack, I deal with it, and try not to dwell on it. Im learning to not feel guilty about the times when I am panicked because I know Im doing the best I can. Learning to accept it, realize your okay even having this disorder takes a lot of the weight off your shoulders and you will begin to be happier, even living with it. I wish the best to all, and Id just like to say, YOUR OKAY!
