Does anyone else feel dry eyes, sore thoroat and pain in different parts of their bodie, difficulty breathing while trying to sleep due to anxiety?

I never ceases to amaze me what stress and anxiety can do to you. I've had some of those symptoms over the years due to stess. I've had pain in almost every part of my body at different times, blurry vision and just recently I've been experiencing panic attacks. That being said it's not a bad idea to see a doctor to rule out anything else plus it's always a relief to know it's nothing serious.
