Hi,
I'm 18 and have had social anxiety for four years now,
as you can imagine that screwed up my GCSE's any jobs i could of got any any friendships i had and now lost.
So i want to know how i can get rid of this? i managed to get to the doctors once and tryed pills but my doctor lied to me, he said the was no side effects but after reading the info inside the packet there was loads! So i wont be using those,.
Basicly i'm wondering if anyone knows a good FREE way of curing this, i say free because obviously i cannot get a job nor pay for any treatment.
Stuck in a circle........cant get a job cuz i need to pay for a cure for this and cant get a cure for this because i cant get a job.....repeat to fade.
Anyways if anyone has any info thanks in advance

Hi,
I am about to buy it too. In fact I am scooping up responses in the positive sense to help get an image of how commercial or effective it is, or both. And it seems to really look good.
Also because he talks about it being a realisation process.
What I know is that it is a matter of REALISATION, what am I doing when I have these fears and anxiety, what are they based on and what am I actually doing if I am believing in that fundament? Is it not completely ridiculous to adhere to such thoughts, and if I realise YES, it's really no problem letting go of any fear.
Just u have to realize it's ridiculous, but that realisation has to have a fundament, which for me is usually still absent. So I hope the method might give me ideas on how to focus on myself and doing things, rather than "other" people.
It also has to do with self-confidence and not giving any of your 'properties' as you identify in yourself, negative judgements. Because what you disapprove of within yourself, where you find you are not good, is where you will be unsure with towards others. For me at least this seems a core issue.
What I meant with that I will buy it too, is that in some way it might be possible to get some or all of the material to you. Also I am interested to have some contact with you to see how you experience reality coming at you and what you think are the causes. To get an idea of how others see it. Just let me know if you like.
Greetings,
Peter.
I just registered, I'm the "guest" from above, so one can at least contact me better with a pm or such.
Hi
Before i start thanks for making this forum!
Im 19 years old and suffer from anxiety. ive tried many different types of medication, such as beta blockers. But they dont seem to help me. recently my GP told me to try yoga, just to see if it helps. But im abit sceptical. But im going to give it a try anyway. A few people have mentioned including T-lab, Linden Method? If anyones tried this please can you tell me if its worth buying and where it can be purchased in the uk?
Any help will be much appreciated
Thanks James
Hi, the Linden Method is worth buying. The content is good and if it doesn't work it is not because the content is fraudulent or otherwise incongruent with a method that works.
I bought it, and for my 'review' u can refer to a link on the forum here.
See the post done by "Peter" which is me.

U can buy it on the internet, and u need a credit card for it. If you do not have one, contact the Linden Center in UK, via e-mail or phone, and ask them for other options. The credit card requirement is the only mishap this Linden Method has, because a lot of people don't have a steady income and cannot apply for a CC, when in these situations.

Great words peter.
Thanks for the advice for the other members. I have been on holiday for a while and it is great to see posters so well catered for.
