Hi everyone
The internet is littered with documents and articles about anxiety and phobias, some of which are useful to some people while completely useless to other. Some offer practical advice and others offer just reassurance. The problem is, you have to spend hours on-line searching for them.
While I do not recommend that you waste your time searching for symptoms of your anxiety on-line and worrying yourself more, I do appreciate that some people need practical advice and reassurance.
As a (currently unemployed) computer programmer I am thinking of throwing together a simple website that contains links to any useful documentation or articles so that they can all be accessed from a single starting point.
What do you think? Would anybody use this site if it was available?
Obviously this requires an investment of time on my part so I would like your feedback before I do anything.
Best wishes to you all.
