The Linden Method

Hello folks - happy to see a forum like this about something that has been affecting me for a while now!

I am curious about a website that I stumbled across when I was surfing for ideas for overcoming my anxiety issues...It's all about the Linden Method which claims to have the cure for all anxiety and panic related problems...

Now that in itself should raise some questions, but also to get the information on the method, you have to pay 120 dollars.

Has anyone heard of it or even better...used it? Am I being naive and am I on the cusp of being conned?

Afriend of mine from northern ireland has used it and was very effective for her..She has fully recovered using the Linden Method.I for one will be purchasing it myself in the near future..

I personally try and stay away from "promoting" products, but i must say the Linden Method is by far the most effective product i have used with in my practice. It really has helped so many of my clients and has totally cured them of anxiety. i think it would be negligent of me as a councillor to not give it my thumbs up.

hi i hope i am doing this okay i am quite new to this .i have something to say about the linden method i bought it about 7 months and i have found it to be a great help i would not go as far to say it has cured me but that could be i have not given it 100% as i work selfemployed full time and also have a young family. iam however going to give it my all and my advice would be give it a go you have nothing to loose they offer a full money back garentee.

i am loving the Linden method. I couldn't be more happy about the results i have experienced so far. Two thumbs up.

I bought it 2 weeks ago or a little less. The information appears truthful, and also there's no HI THANKS FOR BUYING AND U"LL BE REWARDED <intro tune> AND HERE IS UR HOST *MISTTERRR LINDEN* <tadadaaa>.
It's totally not like that. It's more like: "Hi, let's start".

The method has helped me already as well, mainly to just more plunge into things and I do not mind my bodily sympthoms as much anymore, so the circle of anxiety is not so fully maintained. Also it has made me relax more than a few times already, not really in the situations I feel anxious in yet, but just other times.

If this method does NOT work, it will most probably NOT be because of the content. What it offers is very good, and I think it will most likely work or at least have a positive influence on you. This is NOT a con. What I like most about this method is that it says this is a proces of realisation. Once u realize how this fear works, it's really much easier to let go of it and let it float where it wants, but at least ur not gonna be affected as much anymore. And with time, ur not gonna be affected at all anymore.

Also it mainly does not say that everything is gonna be pleasant to go through, especially the panic attack eliminator is not easy on u hehe ;)

I think a very good method! Also I called the UK support team prior to buying and they are very real people with no sales attitude towards u. AT least not the person I spoke with. (She's female, I forgot to ask if she's already married though). Haha. Well, so that's how I experience it.

OK here's a few minuses:

The sound-quality of the voice and audio tracks is rather low, as the voice is mainly on the left channel. Same with the Tai Chi Qi Kung DVD that comes with the printed pack. The internet downloads are even a bit worse, but still audible and very useable. So if they'd work on the technical side a bit as well, it would be just PERFECT. Now it's just VERY GOOD :)

I think that was a very balanced and constructive review of The Linden Method. i would really like to know your progress with this Peter, and anyone elses for that matter. Has anyone else used The Linden Method recently?

try not to think of it as a "thing" jonny. It is simply you, and you have the power to help yourself. You are in a cycle of behaviour that only you can fish yourself out of. I feel the Linden method may be the key for you to open that door.

they have a payment plan i think, if not i would suggest using the download version, i dont know what the price is but i know it is a lot cheaper!

Yes a payment plan, but u would still need a credit card, which seems really odd. Because that requires you to have a monthly income, unless a Visa Electron card, which even youth is allowed to have, as it does not allow u to spend more than what is in your account, and it is directly debited.

That is the only thing in which they are less conciderate @ Linden's, requiring a CC of people that by definition have a higher chance of being unemployed and not being eligible for a CC application.

Hi everyone. I don't want to have to start defending the cost of my method pack but I feel I have to just say that if anyone can find a way of packaging, manufacturing, posting and supporting the pack whilst carrying all the associated costs for less than the price we charge, please let me know. £107 or $167 is a very small price to pay for the massive resource you receive. Compare it to lesser so called 'solutions' on the web and you will see that we have fought tootha nd nail to keep the cost low.

If this product works... which it does, it's worth a million dollars and, unfortunately, there will always be people for which this pack is too expensive, that's why we offer the download version.

Hi, if the response for cost was due to my post, I would like to say that I was *only* saying that at the time I bought the method, a credit card was required, or at least as far as I could see. NOW I see this has changed though, as of recent? I might be mistaken and that i always had these options.

No your pack is not too expensive. Just a Credit Card requirement was less considerate in my view, cuz it requires to have an income, which people with anxiety might not have. Which doesn't mean they can't have some money to buy the method of course.

i thought you could pay by other methods?

either way i have to give it two thumbs up. it really is a great pack and it has had fantastic results with people i know

Yes, payment options are available besides Credit Card. I either looked 'bad' or the alternative methods have been added after January 5th. Maybe the .co.uk site didn't offer the other payment options while the panic-anxiety.com did, also a possibility.

It's all good now. Just on the co.uk site it says:

"To Order By Mail Click the Letter Above" but I see no letter above.

Yes it's great. The essence of what it is saying is really sound and solid and also the panic attack eliminator is one of the best things in the pack.

I know i said to a few ppl i would send them the main part's of the Linden Method once i got it i i haven't been able to do so yet..but i will be purchusin it this weekend..so i will do wat i can for you'se..

Is the money back guarantee valid for the download version(without printed pack) too or only for the whole method pack?
I mean can I get a full refund of the download version in case it doesnt work? (if it works I would gladly pay for it of course)

Funny this topic started with a guest "stumbling" on a web site about the Linden method.. so ummm innocent.. Then the "supporter" who "doesn't like to endorse stuff" and doesn't "know what the price is of the download kind"...

Face it this entire forum and website is OWNED by the linden method.. Lifewise Publishing owns this site and all of the other "Linden" sites. While it all seems like nice non-paid endorsements of the "method" it is all a sham..

This post will of course be deleted.. but those that read it before it gets noticed.. well now you are more informed..

Look up the owner of this site by doing a whois at netsol.com then check out the various linden sites..

The "supporters" are far from unknowledgeable..

I was skeptical of that as well...BUT...

Does that necessarily mean the method doesn't work? You put the word method in quotes. What's wrong with setting up a forum in which people can discuss their problems..and yes, also be offered a program?

I SWEAR I am not a "plant" on this website..I have seriously considered ordering the Linden Method but have not yet purchased it. I appreciate your input and whistleblowing, but I'm afraid you've left me more confused.

I too found out that the site is owned by "The Linden Method". I agee that the supporters are more knowledgable, they also don't appear to be around anymore. This does not negate the fact that Charles Linden Does provide very valuable information in his program, he does! I bought the program "Linden Method" and it has been of great benefit to me.
If your sceptical you can buy it read through and if it not of any help to you. Get your money back!!!
I have suffered for many many years and have used different programs, some of which have helped me tremendously and I was free of all the anxiety and panic and it came back after 8yrs, therefore I bought the Linden method along with another one. The linden method has in my m opinion the most useful methods that work

Yes well, however you put it, the people behind it are real. I called them before I bought the method, and it's not some commercial institution where they are only allowed to answer a specific way to a specific question or that kind of stuff. After I bought it I called again, and also had some private messages from Charles himself, that make me see this is not a system setup for commercial gain.

The supporters, I don't know who exactly they are, but I think they are people doing this in their spare time, and also they are psychologists or at least people with a practise in that area, because they are interested in gathering some stats about how long people suffered from anxiety etc, and also I saw one of them type that she had not been on the forum for a bit as her husband had needed the puter for his work. So I mean, this is mostly or totally volunteering work.

That they aren't around for the moment might be for whatever reason, but it outrules they are actively trying to sell the method.

Their claim to not be aware of the method's price can be because they are not involved in it, but do know of what it is about (I believe one of them also said to have used it in jer practise and it has had almost amazing resulsts), and also even if they DID know the price of it at some point, then they might not mention it for several reasons: 1. They actually don't want to seem like selling it (HEY! Maybe this is because they REALLY aren't??) 2. Since they are not selling it, they dunno the exact price at THAT moment either 3. They don't want to cause any trouble saying it costs xx amount, and a person then going to the site finding it yy amount, being disheartened about the difference in price, and etc etc. Loads of other stuff I could mention.

Also when I registered, which was just on the first of January, there was I believe no banner or just 1 banner on this site, and it was NOT the one for the linden method, it was the one for HolySync audio technology, later on they added one for the Linden Method as well (some weeks after).

I also recommend the Linden Method to some people. Not because you can buy your way out of anxiety, but because the CONTENT of the method is really sound and for me it made me see what situation I am in MUCH clearer and that took away all my pondering and doubt about what the hell could be wrong and it gives you the approach to overcome anxiety and panic. It makes so much sense, that I have no reason to continue seeking any advise, I know where I stand and I know what I have to work on. And if I don't know, I can call the Linden Centre and get advise, or e-mail them. The support is free, they never even asked if I had bought the method, so totally unlike "Hi sir, please what is your customer number?" They might ask, but at least with me they didn't.

So:

1. I didn't experience any pressure or persuasing to buy the method
2. After buying I never had the feeling that they were happy with my money, more like they want to know how I am doing.
3. If alone the time Charles himself spent with me typing messages or let alone reading mine, AFTER he had his money from me, then that's an argument.
4. The method is very good, because addresses what anxiety is really about.
5. You cannot buy your way out of anxiety, so whoeever you give your money to, it will not "just" cure you. So why not pay the person that deserves it.
6. I believe his/this method is THE CHEAPEST around anywhere on the net that addresses all sorts of anxiety disorders


So whoeever owns this domain or hosts this forum, I don't see or feel any malicious intent, in fact almost the opposite! If this wasn't showing up in google and so forth, people would not go here but probably elsewhere, and I still think that the information shared here, is nearer to the truth and closer to being helpful than anywhere else on the internet on this topic.
