Hello, I have a friend who is having a symptom that I have never had,, She is not for sure if it is anxiety, panic attack or something eles.
She says that when she is in bed at night, she is like frozen, she cant move or talk, she says some times it last for two hours,, she says she is aware of what is going on, she says in her mind she is yelling out and tryting to kick, but her body wont respond. She says he is having nightmares also..
She says when she does come out of it, her breathing and mucsel hurt like she has been yelling and kicking like she is trying to do in her mind..
Has anybody eles done this,,, I told her I would ask,
