Yes I sure know the anxiety/eating syndrome. I wish I had solution. I also eat to relieve anxiety and short term it works, especially sweet stuff which of course cant possibly help health. If any one has any tips I would appreciate hearing them. I found this forum by accident so dont know if posting means I'm now a member could someone please advise me

Welcome Gissella and Rainbow1, and I hope that members post a lot of suggestions to this quandary.
I'm not an eater when I'm anxious (stomach gets way too upset), but pig out when I'm depressed. Can't really control it then, because all's I want is sweets and really fattening stuff. I try really hard to fill up on water, but sometimes that's not enough.
Try raw veggies---the crunch and the crispiness can help alleviate some of the anxiety, or so I think. Plus, they are so good for you, you really can't hurt yourself with veggies!
