Most of us here on this board are suffering a fair bit, and are entirely unaware of how to at least moderate our anxiety. WE are aware of you pack, and most of us intent to purchase it. Charles, we are wondering if there are any specific short term techniques which really work. We know that you can help us in this manner. Something just to "short-circuit" the anxiety response if you will. We are not asking for everyting, just one method which helps. Please help here. Charles

Thanks so much!!

Yes, thatd be helpful. I understand anxiety is a response to certain situations. A bad habit. But how does one stop this habit, at least temporarily. Sometimes it builds so much steam, it is impossible to stop.

I recently recovered from severe anxiety and i found having an object in your pocket to fiddle with or hold helps as it distracts the mind from any fears. I had an old housekey that i used and it does actually work! lol. Focusing on breathing and listening to some music on ipod etc is also good too. xxx
