Hey,
My names Charli,17 female, Australia
I have suffered anxiety for about 3 years since falling pregnant with my son.
Is there anyone else on Lexapro? what do ppl think of it?
I am going on a trip to the uk with my boyfriend(babys dad) baby and his parents. I am worried, Will i be ok?
I hate anxiety and panic attacks it got to the point where i couldnt sleep in the same bed as my partner.
I am so glad there is other ppl out there like me.
Hope to talk with sum1 soon.

Hi Charli,
Glad to see another aussie surfing around here. And it is great comfort to know that you're not the "only one".
If you have been diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder by your doctor, you will definitely come to no harm from your anxiety and panic disorder, no matter where you go.
It's just extremely unpleasant.
Do your research, get informed. You can beat the battle of anxiety and panic.
you just need to the right information and understanding.
Good Luck and have an absolute ball in the UK!!!! In fact, before you go, invest in some good material on how to eliminate your anxiety before you go. It will make your holiday much more pleasant!
All the best,
Jo
