confused?

I have been taking Cymbalta for my depression, 30mg twice a day but recently have started having anxiety attacks. Even more recently when I get upset I start hyperventilating:o I went back to see my doctor today and she now has me taking Buspar twice a day with the Cymbalta. Does anyone know if Buspar really helps for anxiety:confused:
