Try this Jason. Just eat fresh steamed vegetables, fish and schicken for a week. Snack on apples, grapes and pears. Don't eat any carbs like potato, pasta, rice. Drink lots of water. Try this for a week and see how you feel. DON'T eat after 6 PM except for a small snack about 1/2 an hour before bed time. Drink chamomile tea 4 times a day and don't drink alcohol!

I would bet that you will feel much better! Let me know.

It really sounds like you have a blood sugar problem, I would advise you to go to the doctor and get tested asap. The smell on your breath sounds like ketones which is a sign that your body isn't happy and can be dangerous if left untreated. The sooner you know the sooner you'll be able to put a stop to the horrible symptoms you've been experiencing!
Good luck.
