you raise an interesting point! Why pay for the tablets your taking?
Charles has expenses to put his material together . He provides a very nice and complete package. What he charges for what he provides is almost free. Months ago I bought Panic workbook that cost me $30 and if I wanted any conselling I would have to pay $250 for 10 phone calls which would link me up with 10 others at the same time or I could pay $125 for a private session. I own charles method and let me tell you I have tried many others, Charles provides you with the best method I have seen to date and it works!!!!!
The mid-west centre offers you a program $500-$700 and it is in my mind the least helpful one that I have seen.
If I said to you you will be panic free for ever all it will cost you is $500. Wouls you not be willing to pay?
I say it again. The Linden method gives you the most benefit for the least amount of money. He also has an answering staff and a counselling staff.
I imagine there are expenses there as well.

People have to live. Even charity costs money. Charles wants to support people, and spread his discovery to as many as possible, with the ultimate dream goal of reaching any anxiety suffer (I imagine). As this is not something people should spend their time with, being anxious!

OK so he found something that is very effective. He wants to spread the word (shout it off the roof) so badly, that he does NOT have a job BUT shouting. He even found he alone in his time, could use support from people around him to leverage effectiveness. So he probably HIRES staff or however he did it, he has people working for him, and I expect they like to eat.

Things like this *CAN* be done for free. IF you have time next to your main job, and if the expenses, if any, can be covered by your own income. You CANNOT send books and CDs and whatnot, to hundreds and even maybe thousands of people, with a normal wage. If u were Bill Gates, yes just send it out for free and cover the gap urself.

I also find, even if u have time to do it for free, that paying for a book, a CD or a DVD is normal. Counselling u could do for free (and it *IS* free with Charles' method).

All in all, this is THE least expensive around, and that it offers free support is like amazing. Reminds me I should have a call sometime soon. Oh, and did I mention, that on top of being inexpensive, it's also VERY good? You might end up paying $1000 for something that helps u less.

I have tried a cognitive program that didn't really work for me and it cost hundreds of dollars. I have not tried Mr. Linden's method but it seems to be a lot cheaper and offers more support. I suppose cd packaging, manufacturing, recording and shipping all accounts for the price.

I found this site whilst googling The Linden Method...is there anyone else here who has or is using it? I have a few questions about it...I've been to his site but I just had a few more queries regarding the download version. Thanks.

As for the money thing, I agree with both sides here. He can certainly upload and share this "method" at just about zero cost to himself. If he wants to provide more service, such as phone support, recording of CDs, or whatever, well, yes, that requires some investment on his part, and he needs to charge to cover those costs.

But I do agree that, as someone who has suffered from this affliction, one might think he'd spread it around for free to anyone, not just to those who can afford it. Remember, $170 is a lot of money to some!

You can download the Linden method for $97 US. If Charles spends most of his time helping others how will he live if he doesn't charge a fee?
He spent years of his life devoted to finding a cure which he could have just kept to himself yet he is giving others the opportunity to be CURED from this Anxiety for a nomial cost. I might agree with you if he were charging lets say $1000 for his material. I think if you use his method you'll will have been grateful at any price.

He probably doesn't have a job other than working with his method. He has to live. So downloading for free? No, if everyone downloaded he'd be forced to quit supporting people, and find a job for the rest of the time. $170 can be a lot of money yes, but some sacrifice is needed.
Oh yes and we forgot hosting costs and maintaining the website.

Thanks for the vote of confidence folks! Yopu are all right, I used to give the method away FOC as a book but when people require one on one support, you can't just abadone them whilst you go out to earn a living and stay up all night replying to calls and emails! I had to make a carreer decision and I think I made the right one. Considering the support and the material you receive compared to what other specialists give for 10 times more, I hope I have succeeded in giving very good value for money.

I know some find the price too expensive but if I made it any less, I would be subsidising other people's recoveries, I can't do that!

I don't hide behind an email smoke screen, I allow every Lin Met client full access to so much support... no one else does that, online or off!
