Well i'm a 20 y/o guy and I can tell ya being bored just makes your anxiety worse, but because you're anxious you don't want to go and do something, so it's a bad cycle.

Kids these days eh? When I was your age we had to make our own entertainment and play on the street with some coal or a dead cat or something :)

And a tangerine in your sock and a clout round the earole on Christmas morning. Or summat like that :D
