cant believe i am writing this. i have started suffering from panic attacks after my son was diagnosed with luekaemia and my husband was diagnosed with cancer one month later. I have all the usual symtoms but it is the fear of having a panic attack and the feelings of unreality that is terrifying me. I feel i am loosing my mind. I am 36 and frightened i will never feel normal again. Does anyone know if the linden treatment works. i will try anything. My doctor has given my cipramil how long does it take for this to work. Can anyone give me any advice.

I am sorry to hear your having such a difficult time. It does seem to happen all at once. You will get past this.
I have the linden method. If you apply it , it WILL work!!!!!
I have also used Claire Weekes and I found this really helpful as well.
The linden method has great cd'c that come with it and for them alone his method is worth it, at least in my opinion.
I also found that writing down what I was feelng very effective. going on with life to the best of my ability was also important. Your brain is tricking you into these feelings or sensations your having they really mean nothing. Once you get this and don't give them impotance they will subside. I know this for a FACT as I have over the years had different periods of anxiety and panic and these things are what hace always brought me out of them. If you want you can Private message
