pins n needles

help im at my witts end and i cant take it no more. i get panic attacks and was wonderin do people get strange pin and needles in there head and face and a numbin sensation in their body, Ive had a brain scan for this and they said its just my anixety ,but i still get when im not havin a panic attack and its really scarin me, im convinsed that every time i get a head pain that its a blood clott , or when i get tingles im havin a stroke. when this happens i do feel my left side go numb,but i know its all in my mind. does any one else have this problem,i could sleep better if i know im not alone with my stupid brain. i feel so alone

I promise you one hundred percent Zoe that most of my clients tell me that they experience this symptom... I had it myself. I know how terrible it is and I know that it will go away as you eliminate your anxiety.

this is one of the most common symptoms, please do not worry and if i were you i would listen to charles he is a true expert!

as kate said this is indeed common and of all the symptoms you could have this is of the least worrying believe me!

This has happened to me also and I got a brain MRI and Thank God everyhting was fine with my brain...it is my anxiety... I also feared having a stroke or heart attack. You are not alone!

I've noticed recently that when I get nervous, I get like a tingling pins & needles effect wash over me. I think this is the first time it's happened to me and it has worried me, but then I found out it was probably just my anxiety. I also went through a period of going really dizzy and thought I had a brain tumour, but it turns out I was getting too stressed and I also had too much wax in my ears!

Yeah I think I can relate to you. Well tonight anyway. I got this almost like chill race up the back of my head, like pins and needles. Followed by rapid heart beats and shocking nausea.

I had panic attacks over a year ago and managed to work them out but this time it's pretty freaking bad! Quite a trip. But I find comfort in you asking this question as I thought I was alone.
