another newbie!

hi there, im new here and just wanted to introduce myself
dont really no how to word this correctly but ill give it a shot!
ok im krystle im 20 yrs old and i hav a son who is one, i had my 1st PA when i was 14 and hav been having them ever since :( been on loads of meds and ofcourse im still not better, im very sick of takin all these stupid drugs that t doctors willingly *sp?* handout to you, what i need is to find people who are more or less in t same crappy boat as me so we could talk when we r at rock bottom*which is where u will find me most days:(

not sure if this made sense to you if it didnt im sorry, just felt better to vent it out rather than hold it in

I'm Chris, male, 36, live in UK. I have been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety for about 8 years and I have been agoraphobic for nearly two years.

I'm on medication at the moment. It's about the 5th different one they've prescribed for me and this one does seem to be making a difference, although I still have some really crap days.

My name is Cara, im 20yrs old.

I havent been having panic attacks for long, prob about 7/8 months now. Ive only really just asked for help, when things got a bit too much over xmas. I am trying my first lot of meds, and they are having good/bad effects so far, still weighing up the pros and cons and thinking that they are not for me.

Am currently having a lot of down days, good ones are few and far between at the mo,
