hi its zoe, im new and its nice to know im not alone in the panic world!
Im 23 and at no reason, i ll just as well say i was born with it, and its like bein cursed. People pretend 2 understand, but they dont! Im a freak in there eyes, abnormal and weird. but i cant help it. If im not dying from a disease than im goin mad. The scary thing is though i do get weird body feelings, and not when im over breathin either. I ve just had a brain scan, which was normal,now it i m scared that i inmagine it all. Does any one else get weird body feelins and tingles in face and limbs, but not always in a panic attack, its doin my head in and i can t cope with it. I feel like one ov them cat s that sit at the window that watches the world go by , but cant get out . Does any one else feel or have felt like this, being told that theres nothin bad wrong with u and that your not ill, but your mind thinks there is?
